Dr. John Kehoe Breast Center

I saw Dr Kehoe today. The person working at the front desk was very friendly and extremely nice. Office was emaculate all staff was excellent. Dr Kehoe thorough and explained everything

I've been a patient of Dr kehoe for approx 10 years and I adore him. I recently was certified under the world trade center for my cancer. I was extremely disappointed to hear that the office refuses to work with the wtc fund. My understanding is they would have to bill any services not covered by my primary insurance and the copay to the world trade center organization. The billing department said absolutely not. The wtc does not reimburse the patient. Again I was shocked that Dr Kehoes office would not participate in a such an important program. Especially since they are a cancer center, know the expenses of breast cancer and many of the breast cancer diagnosis were caused by that tragedy. I really hope they reconsider this for the mental health of their patients.

Update to my review--- I've been going to Dr. Kehoe for the past three years and both him and his staff are wonderful. A huge pro is that he reviews your results while you are in office and will ask for his team to look closer at some areas to ensure he if providing the proper diagnosis or to be able to send you on your way to return for your regular check-up. He is kind and calming and treats you with respect.
Have yet to see the doctor, but I have been referred to him by my doctor as a result of mammogram findings. I am writing this review based on my interaction with his staff on making my appointment via phone today. The phone system was simple, the woman who scheduled my appointment was thorough as was the woman in the billing department. I am going as an out-of-network patient and even so, felt like they were good. I saw several reviews with less than 5 stars due to staff and felt that I wanted to balance this out with my positive interaction on the phone. I should also add that I got an appointment less than two weeks from now and at a reasonable time!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kehoe for the past 32 years. He is a great Dr! He is current with technology, he shows so much empathy, he’s a non-alarmist. Always positive and honest. He is extremely reassuring. When you’re a patient of Dr. Kehoe your in good hands. His staff is always willing to help with scheduling. You might have a bit of a wait at time but end results worth it.
