I had an horrible time at this DMV. The employees here are so unprofessional and there needs to be something done. The wait time is understandable because it’s busy in there most of the time. Going to the DMV IS ALREADY STRESSFUL enough but the employee working at the counters make it more stressful. There was a lady assisting me and she never said a word. I asked her how is she doing no response. When doing the paperwork she didn’t even say sign and date here for my registration, all she did was pointed to it like she does not have a voice. At the end, I was missing a form I didn’t fill out and I kindly asked her if I can fill it out standing here. Yet she refused to give me an accurate answer instead saying “we have rules here”. I said to her “you have rules and procedures to make sure you’re providing customer service satisfaction that is needed”. The Asian lady at the front door was helpful, she was positive and polite in assisting us with the forms.
Honestly can be better for customer service satisfaction.
They get major points for having a dedicated parking lot, even if it's a bit steep at $10 for three hours. The process was quite streamlined. You aren't allowed inside more than 15 minutes before your appointment, which keeps the waiting area from becoming a sardine can. Once you're in, you check in and get a receipt, which I'm pretty sure is your boarding pass to freedom.
While the check-in process was smooth, not all encounters were pleasant. The woman at counter 36, who was in charge of taking my photo, was quite nasty and mean. A little customer relations education could go a long way for her. However, the experience improved upstairs. The guy at the second-floor booth, who also looked like he was having a case of the Mondays, was surprisingly nicer and more helpful. When I told him I wanted an enhanced ID, he advised against it, noting that since I already have a passport card, it would be a waste of money. I genuinely appreciated his honest advice, and we decided to just stick with renewing my regular license.
🚨 make sure to make appointment !! Its a MUST
I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to the DMV! The staff were friendly and efficient, and the process was much smoother than I expected. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and the wait times were minimal. I appreciated the clear signage and instructions, which made it easy to navigate the process. Overall, I was in and out quickly and left feeling satisfied with the experience. Kudos to the DMV team for making a typically dreaded task a breeze!"
Special shot out to Ms Richards !! She welcomed me like we were best friends for ages. !!! She did helped me by fixing the paperwork and alerted me of possible outcome if i didn’t changed at last time, thank you ones again
