Staff was helpful. Did not wait too long to be served. Download paperwork beforehand, have it filled out and sign in person.

I came to this location to renew my passport after I was given the run around at another location. The staff here was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and took away all my anxiety of my first time passport renewal. They took my application, had a nice conversation in between, and was out in about 15 minutes.
went to get my passport renewed and info changed on it, super smooth no issues at all took less than 20 minutes. did my form online and brought everything necessary. i think the person working there was jerry? they were super sweet and friendly.
