I recently had the most seamless experience with PSB Mobile DMV Services, and I'm eager to share it!

Like many, my family member registered a new vehicle in New York. We were required to schedule an appointment, which was 30 days later. If you check the DMV website every day, there may be a last minute cancellation. And it happened! There was an appointment the following day. However, when the new plates were issued, it featured a series of numbers that, to us, felt like an ominous "mark of the beast." It was a frustrating situation, especially since this last-minute DMV appointment felt like good luck,only to lead to this questionable number that we'd be stuck with for years. The DMV worker even told my relative we'd have to wait two years for a new registration and plates, which was completely unacceptable.

Determined to find a solution, I immediately searched for local DMV services with a physical storefront. That's when I found John's company. I reached out to him at 7:43 PM, and to my surprise, he answered the phone, patiently addressed all my questions, and made himself available for a Saturday morning appointment.

John picked up the old plates on Saturday.

He submitted the new registration by Monday morning.

The new plates and registration information were delivered by Wednesday evening.

This was already a positive experience, but then it got even better. After leaving my home, John returned about ten minutes later. He realized that I had accidentally overpaid him by one hundred dollars! I paid for the service in cash, totaling $95 ($75 for the service, $20 for the new registration), and intended to provide a $45 tip. Unbeknownst to me, two hundred-dollar bills had stuck together, leading me to give him $240 instead of $140. In today's questionable economy, every dime counts, and I was incredibly grateful for his honesty and integrity.

John's professionalism, speed, and honesty, truly set his service apart. I will be referring all my friends, family, and clients to PSB DMV Services. It's rare to find this type of customer service.
