A few weeks later, my high transmission fluid temperature light suddenly came on while I was driving. I was worried and contacted the shop right away. Jeff actually responded while he was on vacation, explained what the issue might be, and told me to bring the car in first thing Monday morning.

Anthony's profound knowledge and technical expertise on transmission units were unmatched compared to those who we originally sought for advice. He was 100% on point and very honest about the job involving the parts for maintenance. It all started when my dad's 2007 Saturn Aura XR began to malfunction when shifting gears into motion. Due to the age of the car and its existence, GM no longer produces the model in circulation. However, the parts are still around for production within later models of the years, now rebranded under GMC. But in this case, the best thing that's ever happened to us, due to my dad's concerns about traveling to work, was that Anthony guaranteed us a rebuild without even attempting to get a brand new unit. You've heard it: a brand-new rebuild of an 18-year-old transmission! That's completely unheard of, considering the near-classic age of its appearance! We went right into business upon the drop-off of the vehicle from the tow truck that I called separately. Every detail of the unit, from its worn-out gears to the TCM motherboard replacement, guaranteed the longevity of my dad's vehicle for the long term in the future. We even discussed the transmission warranty/payment that'd come into effect upon completion, which I opted for two full years with a 30,000-mile turnover. Everything was coordinated to perfection in a timely manner during the time being. Smooth operating sail to the very end of our transaction. Now, when it came to the pricing, although not cheap by any means, it was the best deal that he offered, along with a discount that saved the vehicle from being junked. Top notch transmission shop! My 2017 F-150 needed to have the transmission rebuilt. I could not be happier with the work that was done. Anthony, the manager is a professional, as well as the technician's that did the rebuild.
