Nicks service center

Went for annual inspection. Staff was friendly and seemed honest - also gave excellent advice on purchasing new tires. They provided free home drop-off and pick-up while servicing my car. Overall, this was a good experience and I will definitely use them for future auto repairs.

I moved to Valley Stream 2 years ago and they were recommended by a neighbor. They have handled all my maintenance and repairs ever since. They do good work and are fast, reliable, honest and transparent.

I have an Infiniti and the problem with my car was initially diagnosed by Infiniti but I was not in agreement with how they wanted to fix the problem. I did google the problem and I felt Infiniti over estimated the scope of work to be done. I reached out to other places but wasn’t comfortable with what I was told. I called Nick’s Service Station and decided to take my car there. Michael (Mike) seems genuinely concerned about the issue and I felt he was honest about how he would fix the problem. He took his time to break down the issue to a level I could understand. He even demonstrated with pictures. I highly recommend this place. Now my husband wants to bring his vehicle here also.

Long overdue review. Great customer service. They were able to diagnose an issue that has been plaguing my car for months. I am really impressed considering the dealership's service center was unable to figure out the issue and Nick's service center managed to. They are always very accommodating and easy to deal with. A special shout out to Mike who is always so pleasant and helpful. You have a customer for life.

Nick’s Service Center provided excellent care for my wife’s car during its oil change. The service was quick, professional, and extremely thorough. Not only did Nick handle the process efficiently, but he also took the time to point out a few things we should monitor, which we truly appreciated. To top it off, he offered us a thoughtful 10% discount on the service a gesture we didn’t expect. It’s clear that he values his customers and takes real pride in his work. We’ll absolutely be returning and recommending Nick’s to friends and family!
