I had 2 recalls for my car, made an appointment over the phone to drop my off at 1:30 with a 1:45 appointment. The guy who helped made my appointment was super helpful, I made it clear that I worked down the road and that I could come grab the car when it’s done or he offered a lockout service for me, leave my car outside with the keys in it so I could still retrieve it after they closed. He said there would be no charge since it was a recall so that the lockout service was no issue. I dropped my car off at 1:30 with a promise it would be done same day and that they would call me when it was done so I would know. Come 6pm they are closed and I didn’t get any phone call, I called a couple of times and no answer. I called the sales number at 6:30 and he said my car was outside and ready for me. 7:30pm I go to retrieve my car and it is nowhere to be found outside… I was able to get someone from sales right before they left for their help. 7:45pm my car is still inside being worked on!!! The service tech who was still there working on it was super nice and understanding about my frustrations. He said it seemed there was some sort of miscommunication and that he needed another 15 minutes to finish up my car. 8:15pm rolls around and I finally got my car back, still even unsure if my recalls got fixed/replaced, the super nice service tech told me my results would be emailed and that he was super sorry about the whole thing. I don’t understand why I was told by two different people that the service techs leave at 6pm and that my car would be outside ready for me!!! Awful communication and time management. The service tech who was still there at 8pm was super sweet and apologetic, which made me feel better but this entire situation was super frustrating and ridiculous. Wont be coming back to this location for any recalls or issues in the future.
