Thank you Norman Brothers for making our long distance move from NewYork to North Carolina so smooth and stress-free. Don gave us a reasonable quote and was accommodating in working out the logistics of the move during a busy holiday travel time. They arrived promptly on moving day and Wes, Jordan, and Isaiah packed up our home in a matter of hours. They were friendly, courteous, and professional and delivered as promised. They met all of our needs with the estimate, the service, and the time table. Then it came up to method of payment and we were stopped in our tracks. They don’t take plastic. No credit cards, cash only. Sadly I had to go with the competitor as the cost is difficult to cover for us and many with cash. Many companies tack the fee onto the bill for credit card use which I would recommend and I would have payed. Oh well.
Norman Brothers moved us on May 1st. They were the best!
They were careful, quick, polite. They packed the truck up tight like a puzzle. Absolutely everything made it safely from point A to point B.
A one bedroom apartment was emptied and moved in by lunchtime.
