A leaf spring on my Solitude 345GK broke on I-87 in NY state. I was on my way to a wedding in Massachusetts. I called Y&J and at first said he was booked up and it would be a few days before he could help me out. I was panicked. After the tow company tied the axle up so I could drive to the exit I called back, explained my predicament, and he shuffled his schedule around and had his mechanic to me the next morning. LIFESAVER!!! JJ did a great job and had me back on the road in no time. Thanks again Y&J!!!

JJ is well trained and very knowledgeable regarding RV repairs. The kitchen slide (1200 pounds) on my Alliance Paradigm 310RL was disconnected from the drive rail and JJ supported the slide with jacks, removed the rail, drilled new holes, remounted the rail and then aligned the slide properly within the box opening. Prior to his fix, the slide was not aligned properly and it was catching the upper corner causing the failure. JJ was always on time and easy to work with. I am a newbie to the RV world so I needed help understanding how to winterize my vehicle. JJ was extremely helpful in explaining to me on the phone. When he came in person I asked him if he wouldn't mind if I recorded him every step of the way so I can learn. He had no problem with that.
