Best Doctors/dentists/hygienists you will find ! Don't know if I spelled that right ! Super friendly and caring ! I have been a patient of theirs for many years ! Dental phobia ? They've got it handled ! No problem ever !
I am very pleased at how the staff was able to quickly accommodate my need to get my cleaning with my regular dental hygienist rather than the one that was assigned to me. They also explained what I needed to do in order to see my dental hygienist with every appointment. The staff are professional, friendly, understanding, and helpful in making my experience a pleasing one.
My 16 year old daughter had her 6 month checkup. Her hygienist was very rude to her. As she was flossing her she said my daughter has gum disease and she is flossing completely wrong. My husband was there and backed my daughter’s story up. He said it was more of the tone and manner how she spoke to our daughter that was not professional and could have been handled differently. We were quite disappointed with the interaction. I gave a 4 bc this hasn’t been the first time we have been there. We have had positive experiences before. Either this hygienist was having a bad or hates her job.
I know they are trying for each patient to have the same dentist and hygienist now where as in the past you always had someone new.
