The customer service experience from the very beginning was top notch. I rented two units; no concerns or issues with regards to safety or accessibility. Both stairs and elevators are available for use. The setup and checkout processes were super quick and simple. Thank you to the staff for making this a pleasant experience!
Have had a spot for 20 years now. Never an issue, nice people, secure facility.
The place has decent prices and I never had a problem with the management personally. Over the years it is beginning to look a little run down. The place is pretty beat up on the outside ( the gate, the elevator, the walls). But all in all I had no real problems with them for the 5 years I rented from them.
It serves it purpose, affordable and I haven’t seen any rodents.
