Nice local store with knowledgeable staff. It is like night and day with the new owners. The store is clean and bright with lots of new goodies to buy.
I was amazed when I walked in. The store is really laid out much better than it used to be. The lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She had quite a few of us in there and made sure to inform us individually that she would take care of us asap. She then asked what we were looking for to direct us while she took care of the ones in the order we came in. Very knowledgeable and apologized for not being faster, which was unnecessary on her part. I hope the best for this store. It's great buying local.
We are so lucky to have a local, family owned hardware store in Wingdale/Dover. They have nearly everything you could want in a hardware store, and what they don’t have, they happily order, for prices lower than Home Depot in my experience. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
