My daughter has been with Pachter Orthodontics for a little over a year now. The staff is so friendly with a very nice and clean environment. Everyone that has worked with my daughter since day one has been so sweet, kind, gentle, and encouraging. Amongst so many other things. They have wonderful incentives, games and rewards too. It helps to encourage each patient for the ultimate care in the perfect smile journey. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing orthodontist for our daughter. She loves seeing them! Very upbeat atmosphere, terrific people and they're always smiling so much I considered applying for a job there- the people seem genuinely happy, which is nice to see.
An employer who treats their employees right will usually do the same with clients.
My son had the typical pre-teen apprehension about getting braces but relaxed immediately after a minute with the staff. It's a bonus that the staff have a great sense of humor.
Super kid friendly and a very positive experience for both parents and patients.

Dr. Pachter and staff are phenomenal. They really are such compassionate and caring people. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I always recommend Pachter Orthodontics to all my friends & family. Such a great office and their hours are accommodating for everyone. Both of my kids had braces and saw Dr. Pachter too! (They are both in their 20s now and their teeth are beautiful!). The best!!
