Was a long time customer with a couple of years of very pleasant experiences. the owner and the family were very nice and hard working. Unfortunately this changed with a fairly recent experience. I Bbrought in my car in with transmission problem. A heavy set manager charged me 100 for diagnosis (reading the codes which I could done for free at advanced auto) and informed me that I needed a new transmission control unit and that because I was such a reliable long term customer he would give me a deal for 3000. Went home ordered the part on line ~900 and had it put in elsewhere for 350. I will never go back the man treated me like an idiot with an open wallet.

I never write reviews but Anthony came recommended by a friend and I cannot BELIEVE the bad reviews here. I had a tire crisis and needed a full set asap. My check engine light popped on while down the road (the irony) and I knew I had an exhaust leak. I mentioned it to Anthony and he offered to put it on the lift and check it out for me. He immediately diagnosed my leak and offered to cut the part of my exhaust pipe out and weld a new one right then and there. Full set of tires put on and balanced. Exhaust pipe done. An hours time. And my truck went from loud, shaking, and limping it into their shop to literally feeling like a new car off the lot. I could cry. Anthony - you are literally an angel of a mechanic and I can’t thank you enough. Also shout out to the wonderful ladies of Palomino’s for being the MOST friendly and compassionate people you’ll meet in the industry. Also Nelson is a SWEETHEART and such a pleasure to speak to. I can truly say this is a shop full of people who truly care about their customers and are beyond honest. Also the pricing was INCREDIBLE. the exhaust alone would have been double my bill anywhere else (I’ve been quoted). Thank you to the entire staff of Palomino’s for making mom and I feel so comfortable and saving my car from a potential blowout! We’ll be using you guys from now on!!
