Losing my father was the hardest moment of my life, but I am truly grateful for the compassion and care shown by Nicholas and the team at Park Ave Funeral Home. From the very beginning, Nicholas guided me through every step with patience, empathy, and clear communication. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and he made a painful process feel a little lighter to carry.

He treated my father with dignity and respected every detail we asked for, making sure the service honored him beautifully.

This funeral home did right by me and my family. When I reached out to other funeral homes to help me with the arrangements of a loved one, they weren't flexible at all. The staff at Park Avenue Funeral Home were compassionate when it was needed the most. I would highly recommend.
I wanted to share that planning a funeral is never easy this much is true. I do want to say that I had to make a difficult decision during the covid crisis and spoke to over 5 funeral homes. In the end, I selected Park Ave Funeral home. They were very responsive, caring and assured me during the most difficult of times. Their staff, Julie and funeral director, Nicolas are truly caring, compassionate and dedicated to delivering peace of mind. I was not easy to deal with because I did a lot of research and did my homework. In spite of that, I felt they were honest, straight forward and detail oriented. I truly am grateful that I went with them and I can only say, do not hesitate in selecting them.
