I have always loved group workouts but have never been able to find a gym that I LOVED, until I found Peaceful Warrior! It’s more than just a workout class, it’s a workout family. Owner Irene and all of the instructors are so motivating and helpful in all aspects of fitness and they make going to classes so fun! They have such a variety of classes, there is something for everyone to enjoy! It is a home away from home where I can escape real life and focus on my health.

This class exercise gym has been life changing for me. Owner Irene and all of her instructors are motivating, patient and welcoming. I leave every class feeling strong, knowing I did the right thing for my body and mind. I would highly recommend Peaceful Warrior.
Peaceful Warrior is amazing! Irene and the staff are awesome instructors. They offer wide variety of classes, from beginner to advanced! I love a good boxing or lifting class to balance out my yoga classes! Highly recommend!
Peacefull Warrior is the perfect gym. Centered around yoga and strength this gym changed my entire outlook on fitness. Irene, the owner tends to your exact needs as a client something I have never received before with other gym experiences. My fiancé and I both enjoy her Hard Core classes. Myself an avid runner, and him a cardio/weight lifter both get so much out of each class. On top of the amazing service, is the fun atmosphere Irene and all of the instructors give at PW! You always leaving feeling better than when you came in.
