I want to thank Mike and John at Penn Collision for a job well done on my 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa. Getting into an accident in my “classic” was stressful as it is, let alone worrying about how the car was going to get repaired properly. From the start Mike and John were responsive, professional and ultimately did great work. They’re good people who are passionate about cars. In addition to fixing the damaged panels from the accident, they worked with me on fixing a few additional body panels unrelated that needed attention and replaced some parts “while we were in there.” I’m grateful for the work they did, their attention to detail and patience… (with me, ha!). I am happy to be back on the road this fall. Highly recommended.

After being side swiped by another vehicle my truck sustained damages all along the passenger side of the vehicle from rear to front end. I have used Penn Collision for other work in the past and have always been impressed by the high quality work that they do there. Mike and John answered all of my questions without hesitation, and as they have before, they put my mind at ease and assured me that when my vehicle was returned that I would never be able to tell that it was in an accident at all. Once again, they delivered for me and my truck is new like it was prior to the accident that occurred. Nina was super fast with return phone calls and follow ups keeping me in the direct chain of information through the whole process which went a long way to making my life easier. I never had to wonder when my truck would be finished because, as I requested, she was on top of it from start to finish! I never had to guess what stage my repairs were in. If you need to have body / paint work done on your vehicle I highly recommend you give this shop the opportunity to serve you the same experience I got. You will not be disappointed if you do! John, Mike, and everyone at Penn Collision was amazing. They provided exceptional customer service and kept me up to date during the whole process as well as answered any and all of my questions.
