THE SEARCH IS FINALLY OVER. I moved to the Catskills a few years ago…I visited a few churches in the area and far away but my spirit was not at peace. My heavy heart continued praying and seeking God for a house where I can worship Him.
This year 2025, the Lord answered my prayer. He allowed me to set my feet into the Pentecostal House of Prayer here in Monticello, my life has not been the same since that day. I continue to be a work in progress, my life is not stagnant. I honestly, w/ my whole heart bless God for the leaders of this church and the members.
The Spirit of love is in this place- come and experience it for yourself, your life will begin to change, if you want it.
Come celebrate Jesus with us at House of Prayer
Visited this church on Sunday and felt the anointing in the power of the Holy Ghost.
I am so thankful to God that I took the opportunity to go visit this church. His presence is truly inside. The pastor and family are very wonderful and welcoming. It don’t matter who you knew then, All that matters is what God has made you become now.
Anyone reading these reviews should take the opportunity to visit this church and I guarantee you will not be disappointed, but only uplifted by the power of the Holy Ghost.. Come and feast off of the word of God and let your spirit be full.

God bless you Pastor Bishop elect Hinton and first lady Hinton on 11 years of ministry and Pastor ship. We had a beautiful service on both Sunday Morning and everything service and the services on Friday and Saturday. God was truly in the house.
The first time I went to this church, I felt the Spirit of God. The church family makes you feel welcome. I enjoy worshipping and praising our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in the house of Prayer. I would recommend this church you visit this church. If you come once you will wanna come again. The Pastors goal is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and reach the community.
I visited this church during a very difficult period of my life, during the worship service- tears began to flow down my face. The presence of God was so rich in the atmosphere.
If you’re in the Catskills area go visit this beautiful church. You will be truly blessed.
