HIIT and Yoga class taught by Regina is my absolute favorite. Intense, heated, athletic and fun! Strength and cardio and great music!
Obsessed with these hot yoga classes. Every class is challenging, empowering, and leaves me feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. The instructors are AMAZING — knowledgeable, encouraging, and so intentional with their guidance. The heat, the flow, and the energy in the room create an experience that pushes you while still feeling supportive and welcoming. I genuinely love every single class and always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend!
