Strongly recommend for anyone who has a busy lifestyle but wants an energizing and effective workout routine!
The trainers at Hainesport are extremely effective at leading classes of all sizes by demonstrating and supporting proper workout form to keep everyone safe and strong, they have modifications for all types of people so everyone can have an optimal workout, their attention to detail in instruction is precise, clear, and easy to follow.
They offer complimentary child watch - my kids enjoy going and actually ask to come to the gym with me even on the days when I don’t need the child watch option.
The owners are absolutely amazing because they genuinely care about their members and their program. They take such good care of every aspect and it shows!
The entire staff is warm, encouraging, and motivating. Their passion is contagious and it’s clear they believe in their members and their work in empowering everyone who comes in.
The workout protocols are intentionally designed and dynamic to keep people engaged, consistent, and growing. Even though it can be fast-paced and challenging, it’s attainable and rewarding. I’ve been going for a little over a year and I’m amazed at how much more energized I feel and I’m continually inspired by everyone there.
I’ve been attending Burn Boot Camp Hainesport for over a month, and I highly recommend training at this facility. The instructors are friendly, motivating, and truly invested in your success. They push you through high-intensity workouts while making sure your form is safe and correct. I’ve already seen great results in a short amount of time. It’s a fantastic environment to get stronger and stay committed to your fitness journey.
I have always struggled with working out. In burn they motivate you in each class with 1:1 help and modifications to help you get functional strong movements! They also have focus meetings to put you on track with your goals! I’ve only been a member for a month and a half. The changes in my mind and body keep me showing up everyday. I’m sleeping better, losing weight, getting stronger. So worth showing up for yourself. The community feeling is so welcoming.
Having moved around alot in my adult life, I have been a member to numerous gyms. Burn Boot Camp Hainesport is hands down one of the best! The workouts can be as challenging as you want them to be. The trainers and staff are there to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be! They offer several times throughout the day to get your workout in. And did I mention childcare is included in your membership fee?! Definitely recommend giving them a try.
Love this place so much! I was a member back in 2018 leading up to our wedding. It got me in the best shape of my life and I loved it but then dropped off for a few years. I had such a hard time getting back into a healthy and happy workout groove after having kids. I tried Pilates, peloton, at home workouts, but nothing gave me the results, pushed me and got me cut and strong like Burn did and I always remembered that. It was so emotional finally getting myself back in the door (almost a year ago now). I was greeted by Sam and she immediately made me feel like I made the right choice by walking in — I was in the [right] place. The complimentary child care, and the wonderful girls who run it, is such a huge bonus for moms with young kids. I reflect on that a lot.. if these other moms can get here and do this for themselves, so can I! Burn is motivating and inspiring in so many subtle ways. A few examples are the length of the workouts — 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time. Another is how they only share general topics for the day (ie upper body strength) so I can’t overthink the workouts and psych myself out of not going. Lastly, I love how diverse the people are who attend the camps. It’s so motivating. You’ll see pregnant and young moms showing up for themselves, older women prioritizing their strength and health, folks on weight loss journeys, athletes, it’s definitely a lot of women but there are men mixed in too, people modifying working through injuries and others going all out.. all in the same room, all at different stages of their fitness journeys, but all there for the same reason— to do something good for themselves, to feel good. I really love all the trainers. Sandy, Dawn, Sam — they’re all amazing and have kick butt stories and push me in different ways that I’m (sometimes reluctantly) but genuinely thankful for. I could go on and on. It’s such a great community to be a part of — truly a life changing gym!
