Wow. First I would like to say that they definitely believe in safety first. Did my first Adult light class with Coach Clint (Smiling Ninja) At 69 I was concerned that I'd hurt something. Absolutely amazing at what I accomplished. Everyone is in a happy mood. Even the other participants. Everyone cheers on everyone. You feel like family. I'll definitely be back. I came soooooo close to beating the wall. I have a goal.....Thanks to all....

Took my great nephew to try a preteen class. He loved it. He signed up for 6 classes. The staff were so polite, humble. Great atmosphere. As we were leaving I saw The Smiling Ninja and yes he was smiling. He took the time to shake my hand. I signed up for a class next week. The adult light. There is something for everyone. There was absolutely no pressure on buying different packages. I would most definitely recommend for anyone wanting to try.

Let me start by saying, yes, injuries are always possible with any sport. However, my child was badly injured and the staff never checked on how my child was doing. I called a few days later and received zero care or concern from the woman, "oh yeah, I heard" *crickets*. I requested a refund for the days my child was not at camp. She told me she would talk to the owners but didn't think it would be a problem. No call back and no response to any attempt I made thereafter.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly, especially for how amazingly talented they are. The coach's advice is so nuanced to you and what you need fo improve. The community is so welcoming and friendly. 10/10 experience, went back two days after and first time with a member I met who lives in my community. What a fun way to exercise and stay in shape!!

Staff loves their jobs and it shows. We had my son's 8th birthday party here, and every child had a great time. A few children were shy at first to participate, but the staff went out of their way to make them feel comfortable and they ended up participating with big smiles on their faces.
