I need to sing my praises for Karen. As a long time teacher, I was looking to have my brain and body challenged in new ways. Karen’s attention to detail is unmatched. In just three sessions, I am looking at exercises in all new ways. I’m so thankful I stepped out of my comfort zone and am looking forward to continuing weekly sessions.
I have been coming to this Studio for five years…I have attended many Pilates classes for several years…Karen’s classes are the best!! Karen is a professional & she has a great sense of humor….I have lost 40 lbs & several inches in my waist & hips…you need to try her class…your core will thank you!! 💕

I just love this studio! The classes at Pilates You are small, each client receives personal attention & instructions. In a few short months, I am achieving physical goals I set with Karen the owner. I am stronger, my posture is straighter, I’m standing taller, I’ve gained balance and my core is tighter than it’s been in years. The studio is immaculate, and outfitted with all the features you’d expect of a classic Pilates studio. Karen’s sense of humor & lighthearted spirit makes each session fun. I leave feeling energized, having had a great workout. A real gem here in Oxford!!!
I took adult ballet classes from Karen many years ago and it was fantastic. I am so happy to have found her adult ballet and Pilates classes again as she totally knows the body. Even in a group setting, she can somewhat customize it for each individual with her instructions so you don’t strain yourself, yet she can motivate you to achieve more than you think. These are two forms of exercise that I love and it is always a very positive experience with Karen.
