My experience with Mary Kate has been exceptional. She needs recognition. If you are ever nervous about a surgery this is the person you need. She spent the time to answer every little question that I had and worked with me through the process never rushing or pushing me. I have not had my procedure yet but so far its been top notch. Dr. Mallen has been great in office as well. Everyone has been clear and transparent. Thanks Premier ENT!
Office staff is so sweet and helpful for someone with a lot of anxiety...and I can not rave enough, Dr Mark B is absolutely amazing.
The man, the legend—I'm forever grateful for you actually listening to me when something was wrong and I was a teenager. When everyone, including my parents, thought I was just making things up, you believed in me. You are a huge reason for who I am today in my life and career. He took the extra love and care and help me discover a medical condition I had that would have most likely still gone unknown to this day.

We had an incredible experience with Premiere ENT and Dr. Mallen. From our very first visit, the entire staff was kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Mallen took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease about our daughter’s care. He treated Sydney just like his own daughter.
She recently had tubes placed in her ears, and the process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Dr. Mallen was incredibly reassuring, and the procedure was quick and successful. Since then, our daughter has been doing so much better! No more constant ear infections, and her hearing has noticeably improved!
What we appreciate most is that Dr. Mallen continues to be involved in her follow-up care and genuinely cares about her well-being. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and patient-focused. We’re so thankful we found this office and would recommend them without hesitation to any family needing ENT care.
