This dental practice tells you are in network with your insurance but then the dentist’s at the practice don’t take your coverage. How is this ethical? They should let you know when you are booking that specific dentist, that they are out of your network. My husband gets a bill for $600 something! We were appalled. When I questioned them, they told me this is how the corporation works. We obviously started going to them because they were in network with our plan. Then we started getting bills. We don’t pay dental Insurance monthly and then have to pay out of pocket. The office knows this and should let their customers know. Very unprofessional and unethical . We will be going to another practice .
Dr.Brown us amazing with children. Very kind and gentle. She explains every step along the way to comfort my son (11) and my daughter (12). She is also very professional and though ro with parental (me). I'm also a patient here. Highly recommend!
DR.Brown was amazing and made my 3 year old so comfortable. He didn’t cry at all (which I really was expecting) and followed her instructions seamlessly. She is a great pediatric dentist and I’m so glad she was who we had for his first visit!
So glad we switched over to Manahawkin Family Dental, the staff and dentists are quick, efficient, and genuinely friendly. I was in today and had such a positive experience with the front desk team. I didn’t catch her name, but I want to say thank you for your kindness, your patience and for helping me get my upcoming appointments scheduled. It made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming 😊
