Dr Pannone is the absolute BEST dentist. One thing I’ve always been truly afraid of dentists, so I always stayed away (which is obviously not the best decision). A couple of months ago, I was in SO much pain and my face was swollen so I had no choice but to find a dentist as scared as I was. But after going to him, I figured out I needed 5 extractions and 2 root canals 🤯 (that’s how long I’ve been staying away from the dentists) … but here we are 3 extractions and 2 bone grafts later, I can’t wait to go back for my next 2. I feel so much better and he makes the visit SUPER COMFORTABLE and makes sure you’re in no pain while there. This is my first time ever being comfortable in a dentist chair.
I absolutely love the friendly atmosphere! I had a bad experience with an old dentist that gave me anxiety. I just had impressions for a new mouthgard today and Jenna was great. She put some of my anxiety to ease and I felt comfortable. The staff is friendly and this dental office is a homerun! I’m so glad my husband and I found them! Kudos guys! Thank you for the great experiences so far!
Great experience, especially if you're terrified of going to the dentist, like I am. I've had a lifelong fear of the dentist, but everyone there was very calming, reassuring and understanding. The hygienist was great, and really tried to keep me relaxed. I need to have more cleaning done, but I think my fear level will be a lot less. I'd highly recommend Oakwood Dental Arts to anyone.
I always have such a nice experience. From the warm welcome from the front desk to the assistants that reassure me that I will be fine whatever work that I need done. To the doctors that respect me when I get nervous and tend to my needs. They make me feel like I'm part of the family and I always recommend family and friends to go to this office. Especially when they see what beautiful work they did on me.
I had a great experience here. The staff is funny and and professional, they made me feel very comfortable. They were very accommodating. I called for a cleaning appointment but they had nothing available so I asked the woman to call me if she had any cancellations. She called me back in about two hours and fit me in the next day. My cleaning was very thorough and the dr was so attentive to my needs. I highly suggest this office for anyone.
