The doctor, nurse, and front desk staff are excellent. Front desk let us sit in the car to wait and called us when seat was open (less than 10 mins). Nurse took us in quickly and did all the prep work well. And doctor was quick, efficient, and got my daughter the care she needed. Great staff and service. Thank you!
My daughter had coughing and wanted to be checked and get some medicine. This time it took too long about 45-60 mins. Previous experience was great. We walk-in and out very fast. We’re in around 9am maybe the provider wasn’t there yet so we waited long time? People are nice there, it’s a nice pediatric clinic for a quick good care. Hope we don’t experience long wait next time, 30 mins in and out time is reasonable.
I came in with my wife and daughter, and I almost never leave bad reviews. But I’m beyond tired of the bad attitude and lack of customer service at places like this. Parents are already stressed bringing in their child to urgent care — the last thing we need is someone making it worse. The front desk lady was fine, but the woman (right before the doctor) who checked my daughter’s temperature and weight acted like we were bothering her just by showing up. If you hate your job that much, don’t work in healthcare. Families deserve respect, not attitude. I came in Sept 16 at 8:50PM.
My daughter had a deep cut on her forehead. The minute I walked in, the front staff was very polite. We were seen within minutes, the doctor was very gentle and reassuring throughout the process giving my daughter 3 stitches. I would highly recommend this site .
I had a fantastic experience at PM Pediatrics! Making an appointment online was incredibly easy and convenient. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were seen very quickly. The doctors were warm, caring, and made us feel completely at ease. They diagnosed my child immediately and prescribed the necessary medication without delay. I highly recommend PM Pediatrics for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent care!
