I’ve been going to Dr. Irena for years but my insurance changed and haven’t gone back for sometime. Finally I have insurance that the lovely Dr. Irena accepts so I called to make an appointment. I had spoke with the receptionist and gave ALL of my updated information and the appointment was set. I called regarding my appointment and the receptionist stated my appointment passed and I missed it. So I asked why didn’t anyone make contact to confirm. She stated that they did and that they called several times. So I asked if I can hear the number on file she stated that number and it was incorrect. So I asked why is that number still there if I changed my personal information on the day that I called to make an appointment? So she caught an attitude and said “look are you going to make another appointment or not?” So I asked if she was okay she said she’s fine so I asked if it was possible if I can arrange the appointment with someone else she stated I can speak with Dr. Irena another time that she was busy. I stated to her I did not want to speak with her she’s the dentist I needed to speak with another receptionist because it seems like you don’t like your job. Told me twice, with an attitude that I can speak with the doctor. Long story short I hung up. I love Dr. Irena. She is very caring and kind. Very informative, knows dentistry well, her office is very clean, but the receptionist will push customers away. They must not realize they are the first encounter and they represent Dr. Irena. They need new training learning customer facing.

Dr. Irina, is a very knowledgeable, highly intelligent and expert level dentist! She has always provided great advice and top tier service. I am in awe of her responsibility to her patients and her deep care and dedication to doing what she loves and does so well! Thank you for all that you do!

I’ve been terrified of dentist my whole life and one of the reason I don’t usually go for my dental cleaning. I’m so glad i fall into Dr. Irina’s hands. She made sure to calm my anxiety and make feel very comfortable and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend my closest friends and family members any-day. The staff are not only professionals but also gives that warmth welcome. Appreciate the professionalism.

Dr.Irina is a caring and excellent dentist. She did a crown for me. Her work was perfect and her assistant work was the best I ever had. I was looking for a new dentist because my cousin retired who was my dentist for over 30 years. I am so happy I found her she treats you like family and office staff is friendly and professional.
