This is my second time having may car repaired by this shop. Someone backed into my car, polo collision helped me out with my deductible and dealt with insurance to make sure to use oem parts. The repair of the fender was excellent quality and paint match on point. Highly recommended!

Brought in my Jeep Patriot to have body work done due to excessive corrosion. I initially went to Jeep years back when the vehicle was still under warranty but they said the body corrosion wasn’t covered because the metal was perforated. Over time the corrosion got worse and I decided to just get it fix and the hell with dealing with corporate. I heard nothing but good things about Polo Collision and decided to have them take a look at it. The staff was helpful, professional but most importantly honest. The owner Tony told me what I was looking at in terms of work and price, he gave it to me straight, I was looking a restoration work. I felt comfortable with him and his staff, knowing my Jeep was in good hands and the work would be top notch. He assured me that the work that will be performed to my vehicle would be the same type of work he would do if it was his own. He also told me once they’re done it will be better that when it rolled off the assembly line at the factory. I picked up my Jeep this afternoon and all I can say is WOW!!! Polo Collision delivered on their promise and the Jeep looked better than new!!! The entire roof panel was replaced, the two rear quarter panels, the hinges that hold the rear hatch looked better than new, the quality of the work performed was awesome, blew my mind!!! If you need work done I would highly recommend paying the guys at Polo Collision a visit. They’re top notch in my book, from Diane at the front desk to the manager (I forgot his name, I think it was Vance) all the way to the owner Tony. As the owner of a small law business, I had one of my company-owned cars, a 2020 Porsche, repaired by Polo Collision and done so in record time. The work and final product was simply extraordinary. Further, my interactions with the owner, Tony, and his office manager, Dayanna, made an ordinarily unpleasant experience at other shops a very pleasant one here. They took care of everything from the insurance to the car repair to the rental. I had very little to do. As Tony said, "its all about the customer experience." He was right!
