Pound Ridge Library processes passports with digital photos! Flexible times, even offers Sundays. The process was efficient & seemless.
In addition, they offer programs weekly. There's also a sensory room downstairs. You can also help yourself to a cup of coffee located near the circulation desk. One room is prettier than the next. Feels like a home. Beautiful & clean library. Warm & welcoming staff. It's a gem!
My son attends the morning music classes at the Pound Ridge library. The classes are EXCELLENT. Miss Liz has such beautiful energy, a lovely singing voice and the children just adore her. My son is falling in love with music and I can attribute a big part of that to Miss Liz. Thank you Pound Ridge Library for this wonderful experience!
Such a cute library with amazing programs for kids. However, parking lot is small. Today they opened at 10 am and I got there at 10:05, the parking lot was full and closed.
When I asked the librarian working there for alternative parking she told me to carpool or get dropped off. Pretty inconsiderate answer, just say sorry seems like there’s a lot of people today. Even If i carpooled today, parking was full. And unfortunately I can’t get dropped off.
If you can’t open the woods area so people can park I would suggest please bring back registration to the class and assure people a parking spot for the time event is being held.
I’ve been going to this library for the past three years since my twins were babies. Love the music programs for kids, especially in the summer at the park! The remodeled library is great! Make sure to check out the sensory room downstairs. My boys didn’t want to leave, think they picked up every book on the shelves to read/feel. Best part is since all the way in the basement I didn’t feel bad I had a crying newborn and two loud toddlers
My family needed passports and were so lucky to have experienced the welcoming and professional environment and staff at the Pound Ridge library. I was able to call and make a same day appointment. Jennifer was welcoming and quickly walked us through the steps and rushed our passports to the post office. Highly recommend this library.
