I would like to add a positive review for the Putnam Valley Justice Court in assisting me to file a Small Claim. A special thanks to the court clerk, Betty who was EXCELLENT. She was both knowledgeable and friendly in helping me to provide the required information/paper work for my claim. Thank You, J Raffaele
First off I would like to express my gratitude to the Judge and the very kind staff, who know who they are, but I’m very blown away of how you are required to wear a mask meanwhile the lady (who always has an attitude) is not wearing one. Putting me and others at risk, but has the nerve to tell me that I’m required to wear one myself as a fully vaccinated individual. This lovely human being works right as soon as you walk in the door from the handicap entrance. A few days prior, I called concerned about a traffic violation I had received and of course the same lady, I’ll call her “Mrs Attitude” Wanted to give me an attitude over the phone for no reason. Im an extremely polite person and never disrespect anyone unless I feel I’m being disrespected. I’m very disappointed in how she speaks because it is in no way professional. I believe this town hall should get rid of the problem as soon as possible for there own good as I’m sure others are not satisfied with how she speaks. Again, thank you to the very kind staff members that work there, you are always appreciated. As for Mrs. Attitude, I hope you have the day you deserve!
