These are some great professionals, especially the owner ( his hands are magical). And his wife, Robin, is just the kindest person.
This is a response to a most recent review by Jessica Jones, referencing our business R&J Auto Body. Jessica you neglected to include some details: This most recent appointment was a re-scheduled appointment, because at the time of your first scheduled appointment, you didn't have the initial (Insurance) monies. Approximately 2-3 hours after you dropped your vehicle off at the shop, again for your re-scheduled appointment, you called to advise that you still didn't have the monies, but that you would TRY to have it by the middle of the month. You could have initiated that conversation on the Wednesday prior, when I called to confirm your appointment. We are not a bank, we have expenses to cover, including your vehicles parts. We get life happens, you're not alone, but paint a true picture. At the time we requested that you come get your vehicle, you were so kind and completely understood our position. Therefore, if you’re going to tell a story, tell the whole story.
Just picked up my car from R and J. They do everything to accommodate their clients. My car is beautiful. What a great job! They are extremely talented and Robin could not be more helpful. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you!
