Dealt with electric problem for 2 years trying to find the source of problem. PSEG tech finally came at midnight Sat and found the problem and made a temporary fix until I got my home serve electrician to do the repair. Home serve sent me Peter from Rainbow Electric. Last year they sent SNH. They were terrible and said home serve wouldn’t let them touch anything to find the problem of continuously flashing lights. They told me to change the bulbs. We did that. Then another electrician told us to call PSEG to fix “mast” on the roof. They did that. Intermittently got better but came back this year with a vengeance ! Non stop flashing lights, bulbs dimming and blowing out, appliances turning off and on throughout the house! With the diagnosis in hand, Peter came and scheduled me for an extensive fix of my outdoor electric connections going to my electric meter. Thank you Peter and Rainbow Electric for EXCELLENT repair and thanks to Home Serve for sending them!!!
I called Homeserve to fix power switch in one of our bathroom . They sent SNH electric company first . Two guy came and they could not fix it instead they messed up electric panel including two other room they made out of electricity and the guy told me he will come back but never come back or also not picked up my phone . Then I called back Homeserve they sent Mr Peter of Rainbow electric company . Mr Peter fixed everything. He did excellently job . . He worked other time in my home also and did good job .
I called Homeserve & they contacted Rainbow Electric. It was Memorial Day weekend. However, they made an emergency call since half of our electricity was out due to a fault in our Transfer Switch which powers our generator. The electrician couldn’t fix the issue permanently, however he was able to restore power to our home by bypassing the faulty circuit. We still need to have the electrician who installed the switch to fix it.
Big thanks to Lato at Rainbow Electric. He did a very thorough job at diagnosing our issue and making a recommendation on how to get it fixed. Rainbow Electric was assigned to us when we made a service call with Home Serve. Lato, we appreciate the great service!
