I called Whynn Electric in Springfield Gardens because a tenant called to say the electric was out in half of the house. This occurred during the first heat wave of the season. I called my regular electrician and he was swamped with work, so I had the chore of finding someone I didn't know and trusting them to fix the electrical panel. I decided to try Whynn since it was in the neighborhood of where the house was located. I called in the morning spoke with Dwayne and was told he could be there by 1pm. He asked for my tenants name and phone number and he stated that if he was detained later than 1pm my tenant would be notified. I received a call from Wayne at 1pm stating he had arrived and was ready to work. He fixed the problem in the panel quickly and let me know what the issue was and how he addressed it. I was so relieved. He was professional, prompt, courteous and knew exactly what the problem was.I now have a new electrician. I will continue to use Whynn. Thank you Dwayne I will be calling again soon for some other repairs and I will recommend you to everyone I know.
If you should ever need eletrical work done do yourself a favor and call Wynn Electrical and ask for Dwayne. My mom needed the mast on her home repaired after it was torn down during a storm. I called Wynn Electrical, Dwyane came over one evening and accessed the situation and provided us with a quote. He then gave us a date to begin the repairs and on that day he showed up on time. Dwyane was very professional and very reassuring. He alerted us when the power would be shut off and on so that we weren't caught off guard. He finished the project on time and precisely as it needed to be. We would definitly reccommend them highly. If you ever need an electrican Wynn and Dwayne you won't regret it!
Dwayne and his crew were and always have been completely wonderful, professional and competitive with their pricing/work. I would highly recommend them to anyone either personal or professional jobs. He has done work on my cafe in Brooklyn for years and always top notch.
