I came here with my 3-year-old daughter for our annual checkups, and we both had a great experience! Dr. Bhatt was super kind and professional, and the staff was really welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away, and it was great that some of the team spoke Spanish too — that really helped.

My daughter had her cleaning done, and Dr. Bhatt found a small cavity and did a filling right away. She stayed calm and comfortable the whole time, which says a lot for a 3-year-old at the dentist! Everyone was patient and gentle with her.

The office is clean, friendly, and very family-oriented. I’ll definitely be recommending Dr. Bhatt and the team to my friends and family.

I’ve been coming to this office for a while, and I wanted to share that the practice is now under new ownership. Some of the staff I recognized, but I also noticed some new faces this time around. The whole vibe felt different in a good way.

To be honest, my past visits under Dr. Shah always felt a little stressful. Even the staff seemed on edge, and I often felt like I was being pressured into treatments I wasn’t 100% sure I needed.

This time, under the new management, I met both Dr. Chen and Dr. Bhatt. Dr. Bhatt did my cleaning, and the whole experience was night and day compared to before. She took his time, didn’t rush me, and even showed me proper brushing techniques instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary stuff. I decided to try out a mouthwash add-on since my insurance covered the visit, and it actually felt like a nice bonus rather than something I was being pushed into.

The atmosphere in the office also feels much more relaxed—staff were friendly, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happier. The place felt organized, cleaner, and overall way more inviting than I remember.

If you’ve avoided coming back here in the past, I’d say give it another shot. And if you’re looking for a new dental office, this is a solid choice now. Big improvement, and I’m glad I gave them another try.

and made my mother feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The treatment went smoothly and was done with great care and attention. Dr. Chen is incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain everything and even advised against certain procedures that have been recommended by my previous dentist.
