It's a beautiful place to come to pay respects. It is also an extremely well-run place. The employees are very helpful and respectful.The overall Memorial Park and gravestones are very well taken care of.
I recently had the unfortunate need to visit Rose Hill Memorial in Putnam Valley to lay my father to rest and I was confronted by the exceptional service and compassion shown by their staff. Rose Hill demonstrated kindness, understanding, and professionalism that went above and beyond my expectations.
The staff's attention to detail was impressive, making a difficult process much easier to navigate.
What struck me most, however, was the genuine empathy and care shown by the staff. They provided guidance with kindness and patience. Their dedication to helping families honor their loved ones is truly remarkable.
