What a beautiful cemetery! I actually went there to pay my respects to Actress Glenda Farrell. She is the only Hollywood actress buried there. Her husband was Col. Henry Ross.

Tons of amazing history here dating back to the Revolutionary War. Grounds are well-kept and always beautiful year round!

Rich in American history. Steeped in tradition, service to the nation, and honor for members of the long gray line now gone but never forgotten. The national cemetery at West Point, New York is truly a remarkable experience. It is a reverent and tranquil place of rest that invites visitors to step through its gates and remember those who served our nation. Walking along the gravel paths and pristine manicured grounds gives visitors a welcoming sense, as though the soldiers at rest in these hallowed grounds enjoy the company of those who take time to visit. Sunset and sunrise are my two favorite times to visit.

A must add to any bucket list. The beauty of the surroundings combined with the graves of some of our countries greatest heroes add to a memorable event. A must see is the chapel on the South Side. My Uncle is buried beneath the big tree. Goodnight sweet prince. We still miss you.
