I had the unfortunate event of my car being vandalized, which caused the need of having my windshield replaced. A technician came two days later, and under certain circumstances, my car was not able to be serviced. A lot of miscommunication occurred which left me losing time/money at work.

I give three stars because the technician William did a tremendous job on the installation of my windshield on my Volkswagen Golf.

The receptionist Mary was also a great help, in working with my busy schedule.

My recommendation to the company would be to require customers to take pictures of the damage prior to the appointment, so you're not sending out technicians who aren't able to fix the glass.

It was easy to set my appointment.

I drove there on time For my appointment and drove my car. Get a call 90 minutes later and my windshield was fixed very quick.

Came next day. Called when they got to the house. Did great job in replacing back window. Cleaned up all glass. Left key as requested. Text when job complete since it was not on the premise. Very happy with them

The windshield on my Subaru was done in under 30 minute and came out flawless. Then after leaving my car was not idling properly. Scott who had replaced my windshield went out of his way to bring my car back in, found and fixed the issue and saved me a tow trip to Subaru. Would happily go back amazing experience from the whole staff. Thank you!

I needed a windshield replaced in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler, had an appointment on Saturday at 11:00. Right on time, job well done in a timely manner. Also treated with the utmost courtesy.
