I wasn’t exactly thrilled with having to pay for the initial consult (which gets credited back if you sign a retainer) because all the others gave free consults. Administratively, billing was always straightforward and detailed (paralegals Luis and Kathy are great). For the initial four-way that followed months later, I requested that both Wendy and Tracy be present as my representation. After roughly three hours at the Samuelson office, we reached an agreement with OC. I had already resigned myself to a very long and protracted negotiation process, so I could not have been more overjoyed that we settled after only one meeting.
