I am new to the state of New York, and nobody had taken time to explain to me the nuances of New York State insurances.

Astrid was very clear, concise and comprehensive going through both the auto and the home policies that a previous different Insurance person from a different company had not bothered to do.

I changed to Astrid because she was referred to me And came with Great references from other customers and because of her excellent customer service attitude.

She Made it to business to make the transition from one insurance company to another easy.

She was polite, positive and cheerful and delightful to deal with. She gave me options that I didn’t know about and explained how things would work. I am looking forward to working with her and State Farm.

This is add on to my original post today December 18th 2025. The defensive driving certificate never arrived but Ellen was awesome to remind me to submit not to lose my discount. Well this was so helpful that Chasity found me even greater savings and called me with this incredible news. Money is flying out over the holidays. Chasity looked closer at the situation and worked her magic. She called me personally with a Christmas gift. Savings. My other company never called to help me. Scott Marxer hires the best. I am so grateful to Ellen and Chasity for helping me. Scott was honest about one point saving more with the other company. Short lived. Regret not going with State Farm and having Scott and his team being there for me. What a great news on a lousy day otherwise. Brighten the day and holidays. Thank you Chasity and Ellen. My great friend Scott helping my family even after being in school together.

First of all Scott Marxer has been the most respected and honest person I know. He honestly told me to continue with my coverage. But things change and I remembered him doing best by me. I contacted Astrid and she did the best to help me after having some unfortunate situations. She increased my coverage for less. So pleased and feeling valued. Scott has the best in Astrid. Scott was a team player when we grew up together and continued in his livelihood as being their as good neighbor. Nikki helped me get my cards immediately as well. State Farm is really there for you. Astrid went all out for me. It would not have mattered knowing the Amazing Scott Marxer. She does for all. All staff are working hard when it is a holiday. Many on their way home. Not them ready to assist. Thank you Scott Marxer and your staff especially Astrid for protecting my family at reasonable cost. Definitely saved and more protection.

My insurance representative Astrid, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She was able to give me a policy that crushed the competition. Astrid spent numerous calls with me working until we got to the exact right policy for me. Highly recommended!

I walked in to the office and was greeted respectfully and was asked to wait for an associate to be available. While I was waiting the Owner of the agency passed by and he said hello to me.
About 10 minutes later Eric came to me and said how can I help and offered me coffee or water . I said I am ok for now then I started talking about the situation and explained the reason for my visit. He started working on it, during that process he made a very lengthy call to help resolve the issue. He spent almost 1&1/2 hour with me and was very diligent and helpful and finally was able to resolve the issue at hand. I thanked him for his excellent customer service.
While waiting there an other agent passed her name is Astrid who has previously worked with me offered me a cup of coffee which I accepted. She made a cup of coffee and I enjoyed that while Eric was helping me.
it was very nice of her and even she did not have to do that because someone else was helping.
It shows that everyone there take good care of their clients and is good team work.
Finally, I want to thank everyone who made my visit worthwhile.
