Seaford Gardens

I moved in yesterday and already feel at home.This is a very nice complex that seems peaceful with everything one might need.Before the move in I was updated periodically on my next steps and the employees of eaglerock properties were friendly and helpful.Everything is new and maintained.It is very pleasant and peaceful so far.Glad I made the move!

Moving to this location has been a great experience. Anthony is an amazing and attentive property manager who really goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable in your home. The complex itself is well maintained, and overall quite welcoming.

Seaford gardens is a great place to live! It is clean and well maintained. Anthony, the property manager is very personable and it is evident that he cares about the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds. Community manager Kate was also fantastic- she guided us through every step of the application process, responded to our many inquiries promptly, and went above and beyond to work with us when we had a short time to work with. We are very appreciative to have found this apartment property, and highly recommend it!

I can not say enough about how wonderful Kate B. is. After a little bit of a confusing start with someone else she took over and walked me through everything. She went above and beyond and was so nice and patient with me. I'm moving in this weekend and look forward to my new start, also met Anthony, the property manager at Seaford Gardens and he is nice, thorough and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend them.

Been here for almost a year and it is absolutely the best. Anthony, the property manager is beyond wonderful. The complex is always clean and everyone is welcoming. Anthony doesn’t hesitate to help with anything and responds quickly, in addition to being a great guy overall!
