My husband won a gift certificate at a fund raiser for hair cut.I have been going to same stylist for 30 years and was hesitant. I am glad I went.Sue did a awesome job .I am Very happy with my hair cut.Ginny is very nice and professional as well.The shop looks small from outside but its huge and very clean as well as beutiful furniture. I feel very comfortable with the people there.I would highly recommend Silver Scissors.

Finally found a good hairstylist
Colleen did exactly what I asked for
She cut with the scissors. She tapered it without killing my hair with thinning sheers or a razor. That's a real hairstylist. Thank you I will be going to Colleen from now on. Take it from me I have gone to shops in Bellmore , Hicksville, and Levittown . I'm done looking.

We have been using Colleen at Silver Scissors for over 20 years. Although there are many hair salons closer to us, we have never wanted to try anyone else. The salon is always neat and clean and welcoming. The stylists, especially Colleen, are so friendly and remember you not just as a customer, but as a person. My hair can be very stubborn in taking to styles, yet Colleen always finds something that works well with my hair and requires little prep time in the morning for someone who is not the best at styling their own hair. They use quality products and take the time to find and style exactly what you are looking for. I cannot recommend them enough.

Awesome place to get your hair cut. Reasonable prices and the ladies there are very friendly and knowledgeable about hair and technique's. I'd recommend them to a friend or family member.

I have been going to Silver Scissors for over 30 years. I would not trust anyone else to cut my hair!!! They treat you like family!!! I can honestly say that I have never had a haircut that I did not love. ❤️
