Amazing bike shop! Travis will take the time to help you and is extremely knowledgeable about all things bikes and cycling.
I recently visited the Sleepy Hollow Bike Shop, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, offering expert advice on bike maintenance and helping me choose the perfect upgrades for my bike. Their selection of bikes catered to all skill levels, and the quality was top-notch. The shop had a welcoming atmosphere, and the service was super efficient and reliable. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a casual rider, Sleepy Hollow Bike Shop is the go-to place for all your bike repair needs. Definitely not the latest and greatest in bike tech but I would highly recommend this shop for all things maintenance!
Travis performed a Safety Check & installed Accessories for my Zizzo Liberte folding bike. Travis & his entire staff provided Excellent customer care, were Knowledgeable, gave fast, Expedient service and I paid a Reasonable price for the service. I will absolutely return!
Travis is a stand-up guy. He knows his stuff. I had a nice used Trek SL5 bike I brought to him. It needed some work and replacement parts to get it in good shape. There was one weird noise it was making that would not go away. He did a great job finding and fixing the problem. I love the bike and have been cycling with it ever since. Great stuff. Thanks, Travis!
When you are on a 10 day biking tour along the Empire State Trail, starting in Buffalo and ending in Manhattan, you find many things to be thankful for along the way. My most thankful moment was finding the Sleepy Hollow Bike shop! My 20 year old rear tire was disintegrating, exposing a bloated inner tube just waiting to pop. The short version of the story is that on Monday, most bicycle shops in the Elmsford area near the trail are closed. But not Sleepy Hollow Bikes! I was able to bike the 24 mins from Elmsford to Sleepy Hollow and Travis set me up with two new tires, a tube and some sorely needed chain lubricant. THANK YOU for coming through for me in my time if need and making my cycling dreams come true!
