I came in with my Son son who is looking for an engagement ring. Maui and his staff took the time to explain to my Son the types of diamonds and look a like diamonds and the pros and cons of each. The staff were very patient with a young man looking to take a big step in his life. They didn't try to push him just to make a sale. Maui is very patient and kind with all of his customers. My Son said it was a very comforting experience compared to other shops . He was very impressed with the knowledge and patients of Maui and his staff. I would definitely recommend Snug Harbor Jewlers for purchases as well as repairs.

All the folks here are so kind and helpful. I was in need of an engraving service for crystal champagne flutes I purchased for my best friend's wedding, and glass engraving is something very difficult to come by nowadays since Things Remembered has closed all of their retail locations. Unfortunately the flutes I wanted to engrave were much larger (why do they make them so large nowadays?!) than their engraving machine could accommodate, but they assisted me with making arrangements with a hand engraver they know. I'm so touched by how much Gina and the owner were willing to go out of their way to assist me with this one specific need. I highly recommend working with them, and will be sure to patronize their business in the future for my jewelry needs :)
