My hair is starting to unravel at the ends. I just got it done yesterday. I'm disappointed. I live out of state and I'm upset that I paid a lot of money for the ends to stay and now they are coming out and my hairstyle looks crazy because half of my ends are unravel and the other half isn't.
I went on Saturday, in desperate need to get my hair done. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was neat (for a hair braiding salon). The woman who did my Knotless braids was quick and efficient. Her work was neat and thoughtful, she took time to do my edges too.
The only thing I didn't like was that she cut the ends straight across.
I will definitely go back! Thank you for making this mama feel good again!
Pros: I've been here 4 times since 2019. They're super polite, patient, and braid really nicely.
Con: They used to do even parts throughout the entire head but now they part the back much bigger than the front.
Overall I like their shop, it's disappointing that they cut corners now.
