I have had a positive experience with the staff that answers the phone and the NP Haani for my teenage daughter never had to visit in person due to Covid. I did not however have a good experience with finding an appropriate therapist unfortunately. Will continue to search for one compatible outside of this practice but will stick with the NP for medical and medication.
I’ve been going here for years- and there was a time that I would have rated them poorly. However, Theresa, the receptionist in fishkill and at times Poughkeepsie, is always a pleasure and helps accommodate my needs for scheduling purposes. There IS another receptionist that is rude and unpleasant, I just avoid her whenever possible. My prescriber, Susan, is wonderful- she’s kind and smart and empathetic and sincerely cares- I actually enjoy my visits catching up with her lol (virtual visits now 😶). I can’t attest to the entire place, but I’m very pleased with the help provided and never have issues.
