Taconic Hot Tubs & Outdoor Living

We spent a year or so looking for a hot tub that fit a very specific location in our yard. Not only did they have the perfect size, they handled the installation with their own electrician which streamlined the whole process (compared to buying from other spots who deliver but don’t install and you have to go out of pocket to find your own electrician). Our new Galaxy Millennial tub has been working beautifully since day 1. Even splurged for the Bluetooth speakers which I have to say was well worth it. When I have had questions or concerns they have always responded in a timely manner. Would happily recommend Taconic Hot Tubs to anyone interested.

Top notch service - a handsome man by the name of Michael came to give us an estimate on the outdoor fireplace project and he was incredibly thorough. We decided to go with them after they came in around the same price as another company locally, mainly because they were referred by 2 other people who used them and had nothing but incredible things to say about the work that was done. The job ended up coming out fantastic and we will certainly use them again in the future if need be.

These guys were great, love the hot tub, easy installation. Wish I had room for a second one!

I recently purchased a hot tub & had it delivered and installed from Taconic Hot Tubs. I am very satisfied with the entire experience. Their customer service is 2nd to none. Super easy to work with and they worked within my budget. Highly recommend without hesitation!
