Front-end reception was very friendly and accommodating. However, one of the therapists had the nerve to complain about the amount of a tip given ( I definitely gave enough) and had the nerve to announce and show in the main area of the spa. I was going to schedule another appointment even though I wasn't 100% satisfied because one of the 2 treatments I got wasn't what I thought it was, but decided after being embarrassed by the rude worker I changed my mind. Also the Thai style shampoo isn't 1 hour, it's 1/2 hour hair wash, 1/2 hour back massage. The front end lady was very apologetic and even mentioned that they were told not to do that, yet they still did. This was my First time there, it's definitely my LAST time...

I’ve got a sculp massage for 50 dollars, of course because I didn’t check reviews I was really surprised they made me pay $20 tips upfront. I did reservation the day before but no one said it to me. But other than that I’ve got actually good head wash and pressures. I liked how my master massaged my hands- it felt actually good. I would say the service was fine before they started drying my hair - 4 people were doing that. My master started then gave me to lady from front desk then another lady I was passed to then to another and then front lady came back. So many people touching my hair with so carelessness and passing me like a ball. I absolutely didn’t like it. That experience made me decide not going back to there anymore even though I got happy that I found head spa in my neighborhood in the beginning.

It is not my first time getting this scalp massage however it was my first time in this location. the front desk lady was very welcoming and friendly. The place itself was clean and had a comfortable seating area as well as water and candy.
I was taken aback by the $20 tip on any service does not matter the amount of the service it is always a $20 tip.
They accept cash or Zelle no credit.

I got the $50 scalp Chinese massage overall it was very nice. The lady that took care of me was friendly and kept asking if I’m OK. my hair smells nice. My scalp is clean and overall it was a good experience.
I think just the necessary $20 tip throws me off.
