Tender Tots Child Care Center

Being a full time working mom is not easy especially being a first time mom. Trusting someone to take care of my daughter with the same love and care you do is even harder. But from the moment my daughter started at Tender Tots all my concern were completely gone. The joy and the love her teacher show her warms my heart. And best of all my daughter has learn soo much. She talks a lot more, she surprises me every day with new words and new characteristics. I love that every day she is doing new activities that I get to see in pictures with the day care app or their Instagram and in the drawing she brings home. And I’m glad I get updates all day on what she’s eating and how much and pictures of her that make the days at work go by easier. So thank you so much to all the teachers and the director for all the love and support you have given me and my family. Please do inquire about this day care you won’t be sorry 🤍

My daughter has been attending tender tots since she was 6 months old. At first, I was scared to go back to work and leave her at such a tender age. The staff at tender tots made it easy for me to adjust to going back to work, knowing that my child was safe and well taken cared of. The staff is friendly and the center is always clean.

This daycare is pretty on the outside but it’s so unorganized. The girls who work here show you they really don’t want to be there. I have seen my child’s teacher a few times in the morning and then stopped seeing her, and every day there is a different girl in the room. Of course my child is having a hard time getting to know the ladies because they don’t stay for more than a day. They have an app where they “update” you on what the child is doing during the day and who’s signing them in and out but it’s for nothing because they never update it. I added my older child in the after school program, reminded the ladies in the front everyday for a few days that my child would be starting on a Friday, and of course they forgot my child at school. When I called the daycare (because I didn’t see that my child got signed in on the app) they told me the kids hadn’t gotten back from getting picked up yet. 10 minutes later my child school called me asking who’s picking them up? Ridiculous. Then when I come to ask who’s responsible I get “it was a miscommunication” but on who’s part? Because I communicated. I’m currently looking for a new daycare for my kids. If you want peace of mind, look else where.

My son has been attending Tender Tots for 2 years. There have been past incidents but since Ms.G's Arrival, I've been more trusting of them. She's made sure to sit with my family and I to assure us that she is making Tender Tots a fun, caring and safe learning environment. Anything I've been upset about, she's heard me out and made sure not only were changes made for my son but other children as well. She's open ears and I believe she is the foundation of a big turn around. Ms.Jefferson is Ms.G's Secretary. She's very persistent and involved with the children as well, she goes beyond her job title and into the hearts of the children. Daily she greets children and parents alike with a smile. The team of these two are a match for success.

i came into tender tots about 3 weeks ago to inquire about the school for my 7 month old daughter . while visiting, i was Greeted by Ms G I felt nothing but a positive attitude from her . A lady name Ms. Jefferson Showed me around and introduced me to all of the teachers . Everyone there was so nice and it made me feel comfortable to bring my daughter here . it is clean and the class rooms are so nice . i cant wait too start school next month because now i wont have to worry about my baby in daycare i'm sure they will take good care of her .
