This place has a surprising well stocked bourbon section. I come here for some of my favorite bourbons I cannot usually finding the area. Nice job.

Come here a bit. Usually when I have a delivery taking me to that direction. Came today to get a bottle a few places have at a reasonable price. A Neighbor chipped in half for a party that night. A streaming bill came in within a half hour since I last checked my account. Was 4$ short. There was an issue with the return of money. Got a bit upset and worried about it. But the lady working there. Stayed until it was figured out. She was patient and understanding. Know the manager. He explained to me the situation and trust his word. My bank was able to return the money. It was really nice of the lady to be patient and understanding and waiting after hours. And meant a lot. Place is well stocked with reasonable prices. Was in a Situation i never had been in before, neither have they from my understanding. But glad the staff stayed to help me through it.

The selection of wines in this place is huge. I got a lot of help since I was not sure which one to pick. I got really good suggestions ☺️
I found everything I needed. Staff was nice, knowledgeable, patience, and extremely helpful. I definitely will come back 😀

Best wine store locally - for selection, advice, price, and as your go-to place. Ralph the owner (works evenings and weekends) is absolutely fantastic! Great variety and selection that is tweaked gently allowing one to try different wines from different vintners around the best wine making regions. Selection never feels stale even if you are there every week. And there’s something for every preference and price point, from Black Box Wines to Italian Brunellos.

Whether you’re a local resident, or in town for the weekend, The Spirits of Pawling will become a staple on your shopping list in Pawling and nearby. Great hours for a local business, open until 7pm on weekdays - means you can go after work or before picking up food in town. Open both weekend days too! Highly recommend!

No longer a Pawling resident, I travel out of my way to shop at this store. The selection is great, staff is knowledgeable, and the buying is made so easy with reviews and points on shelves. I wish Ralph had another store in my new neighborhood.
