Casa in Fishkill absolutely delivers. This was my second time here and they have not missed once. The nachos, birria tacos, guac, and street corn were all unreal — packed with flavor and the portions are HUGE for the price.
The service is next-level friendly, the seating is super comfortable and spacious, and the bar area is perfect for catching a game. The whole vibe is on point.
Consistently amazing food, awesome atmosphere, and an overall great experience every time. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Casa. From the friendly and inviting staff to the very tasty entrees, Casa did not disappoint! We tried two tacos dishes and a beef entree, bistec ranchero. All were delicious. And the chips were the best I’ve tasted, with 3 sauces to dip in. We will be back!

Food was on point, authentic Mexican flare and flavors.
Service was spot on, friendly and helpful staff. The owner (Denniese) actually greeted us and sat us at our table. The atmosphere is second to none. Such an upscale feel with tasteful colors, elements and the vibe is luxe but comfortable. Go there for a date night, Sunday brunch, and even private events! I'll be looking to book a birthday party there as they have a beautiful outdoor space.

We stopped in to give this new spot a try and can’t wait to come back! iThe food was delicious, portions were generous, and the margaritas are all homemade (no mix!). Service was outstanding and our group of six all loved our meals. Highly recommend!
